摘要: 背景与目的: 探讨结晶型硫化镍(NiS)诱发人支气管上皮细胞恶变过程中端锚聚合酶(tankyrase)mRNA的变化。 材料与 方法: 用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测细胞tankyrase mRNA的表达。 结果: Tankyrase在细胞恶变过程中不同阶段细胞的表达均高于正常细胞。 结论: 结晶型NiS诱发人支气管上皮细胞恶性转化涉及了tankyrase活性改变,tankyrase活性改变可能是结晶型NiS诱发肺癌的早期分子事件。

Abstract: BACKGROUND&AIM: To study the expression of tankyrase in human bronchial epithelial malignantly transformed cells induced by crystalline nickel sulfide. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The method of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was used to measure the expression of tankyrase mRNA in 16HBE and malignantly transformed cells. RESULTS: The expression of tankyrase in malignantly transformed cells was higher than that in normal cells. CONCLUSION: The overexpression of tankyrase in cell transformation might be related to the carcinogenesis of crystalline nickel sulfide.
